Eivind Gullberg Jensen spends two weeks with Noord Nederlands Orkest this month. They perform Beethoven’s Symphony No.9 at the Lowlands Music Festival in Biddinghuizen on 21 August, and a festive summer concert programme featuring soloist Mari Samuelsen on 26 August (Groningen) and 27 August (Concertgebouw Amsterdam). The programme includes works by Mendelssohn, Vivaldi, Tchaikovsky, and Borodin.
