Jonathan McGovern returns to one of his most celebrated roles – Don Giovanni – in Sir Thomas Allen’s production for Scottish Opera. Jonathan made his critically acclaimed debut as Don Giovanni in 2019 for Garsington: ​“Jonathan McGovern’s Giovanni excelled when sheer dynamism and vocal brutality were required and his stage presence was compelling” (Opera Magazine). Performances open on 9 June in Edinburgh under Stuart Stratford.
