Gábor Káli conducts in Leipzig

For his first collaboration with the MDR-Sinfonieorchester Leipzig on 29 May, hungarian conductor Gábor Káli performs a programme about German romanticism. Gábor Káli makes his debut with one of the oldest Radio orchestras in the world and the oldest in Germany, with a programme featuring Brahms’ Akademische Festouvertüre, Popper’s cello concerto No.2 (played by French cellist Astrig Siranossian), Ernst von Dohnányi and Franz Liszt. This concert will be broadcast live on MDR Klassik and MDR Kultur.
