In her final season as a Jette Parker Young Artist, Alexandra Lowe has been entrusted with one of the most challenging pieces of the 20^th century canon, Pierrot Lunaire. Anthony Almeida directs this double bill at the Linbury Theatre, which is paired with Stravinsky’s rarely-performed Mavra. Michael Papadopoulus conducts the Britten Sinfonia, with performances running from 12 – 22 May.
