In a press conference this morning with the Sovrintendente, Claudio Orazi, Riccardo Minasi has been announced as Music Director of the Teatro Carlo Felice in Genoa. He will take up the position with immediate effect and his conducting duties will commence in September. Over the following three seasons he will conduct two opera productions per season and four symphonic programmes.
