Following a successful run of performances of Le comte Ory for Opernhaus Zürich, Brenda Rae returns to the Bayerische Staatsoper this week to reprise her role as Aminta in performances of Strauss’ Die Schweigsame Frau. Stefan Soltesz conducts Barrie Kosky’s critically acclaimed production with performances opening on 29 January:
