Following his debut with Tokyo Metropolitan Symphony Orchestra in 2018 to replace the legendary composer-conductor, Oliver Knussen, Lawrence Renes returns on 27 September to conduct Wagner and Prokofiev at Tokyo Bunka Kaikan. 

Directly after he gets back to Europe, he returns to the Netherlands Radio Philharmonic at the Concertgebouw for a programme of Adams, Kliphuis, Schreker and Strauss.
