Sean Shibe opens the new season with a recital featuring Scottish Lute Manuscripts transcribed for guitar by himself alongside Steve Reich’s Electric Counterpoint on 21 September, 20:00 at St David’s Hall. Together with works from his 2018 album softLOUD, he’ll give the world premieres of two new pieces by Freya Waley-Cohen and Sylvia Villa.
