On 28 July, Lise de la Salle perform her fantastic ‘When do we dance’ recital at the Festival de Roque d’Antheron.

Bertrand Chamayou plays a programme of Liszt in his concert on 28 July. He performs 1^st year of pilgrimage (Switzerland) + 2 extraits from the 2^nd year (Italy) : Il penseroso and Après une lecture de Dante.

Being a frequent guest at the festival Nikolai Lugansky takes part at this year’s edition performing a solo recital on 4 August. For this special event he programmed Beethoven’s Sonata No 32 Op. 111, Debussy’s Estampesand a selection of Rachmaninov’s Etudes Tableax as well as the composer’s arrangement of Bach’s Partita No 3 in A flat Major.

On 5 August, Jean-Efflam Bavouzet returns to Festival International de Piano de La Roque d’Anthéron. His recital at Parc du Château de Florans includes Haydn’s sonata No. 31, Clementi’s sonata No. 50, and Liszt’s Invocation and Grosses Konzertsolo.

Marie-Ange Nguci plays Mozart’s Piano Concerto No.20 and No.21 with Sinfonia Varsovia under the baton of Arie van Beek on 9 August.
