On 30 April and 1 May he conducts Chiyan Wong in Ravel’s Piano Concerto in G major, as well as favourites by Beethoven, Mozart, Fauré and Liszt. The performance also features dancers from Hong Kong Ballet, with choreography by George Balanchine and Septime Webre.
On 5 May Koncz conducts the orchestra and Zhang Zuo in Liszt’s Piano Concerto No. 1, followed by Brahms’ Symphony No. 1.
