Alina Pogostkina has been a frequent and welcome guest of the MDR Sinfonieorchester, and she returns to Leipzig to perform and record the Glazunov violin concerto with the orchestra and conductor Tung-Chieh Chuang. MDR Klassik radio will broadcast the recording on 18 April at 7:30pm CET

Earlier on the same day, her duo performance with cellist Maximilian Hornung — specially filmed at the Heidelberger Frühling Festival in March — will be streamed at 6pm CET, on the festival’s website and on HarrisonParrott’s Facebook page.
