Camilla Tilling joins Gustavo Dudamel and the Concertgebouworkest for Mahler’s Symphony No. 4
16/3/2021
Overcoming Covid-19 restrictions, travel cancellations and some pesky snow along the way, soprano Camilla Tilling finally made it to Amsterdam last week for Mahler’s Symphony No. 4 with the Concertgebouworkest under the baton of Gustavo Dudamel, recorded live for broadcast.
Well-known for this repertoire, Swede Tilling has previously performed Mahler 4 with Sir Simon Rattle and the Berliner Philharmoniker; Helsinki Philharmonic under Susanna Mälkki; and at the BBC Proms with the London Symphony Orchestra and Bernard Haitink, to name a few.
The performance from Het Concertgebouw is available to watch free on Medici.tv until 14 June 2021.
