This month, to mark the beginning of the 2021 concert season, Javier Perianes performs a series of concerts in Tokyo, Japan. On 16 and 17 January he makes his debut with the prestigious NHK Symphony Orchestra, to perform Falla’s Nights in the Gardens of Spain conducted by Juanjo Mena. Perianes is the first international soloist to appear with NHK SO since the start of the pandemic, and the concert will be recorded for future broadcast on NHK TV. On 19 January, Perianes returns to the Toppan Hall in Tokyo, to give a recital of Falla, Debussy and Albéniz.
