Ambur Braid joins the Frankfurt Radio Symphony Orchestra for a live-streamed concert of Florent Schmitt’s La tragédie de Salomé on 21 January. The broadcast comes to us live from the Frankfurt Radio Concert Hall, conducted by Alain Altinoglu, and will later be released on CD. 

Ambur made a career defining debut last season as Strauss’ Salome for Frankfurt Opera in Barrie Kosky’s thrilling new production. Further ahead Ambur has house debuts planned with Opéra National de Lyon, Bregenzer Festspiele and the Komische Opera Berlin, as well as returning to the role of Salome on both sides of the Atlantic.
