After a very successful return to Helsinki Philharmonic Orchestra on 6 November in a concert featuring Vaughan Williams’ Fantasia on a Theme by Thomas Tallis, Sibelius’ Symphony No.4 and Tiensuu’s Concerto for Clarinet Puro with Kari Kriikku, Dalia Stasevska returns to Stavanger Symphony Orchestra for the second time since this August. The concerts on 12 & 13 November feature Beethoven’s Symphony No.8 followed by a selection of arias from Mozart’s much-loved operas Le nozze di Figaro, Don Giovanni and Die Zauberflöte, sung by Norwegian soprano Mari Eriksmoen. Stasevska and Eriksmoen last performed together for the Trondheim Symfoniorkester’s season opening concerts earlier this autumn and look forward to reuniting in Stavanger.
