A regular presence in Denmark in both concert and operatic work, Eivind Gullberg Jensen makes his first appearance with the Copenhagen Philharmonic Orchestra, with a performance on 23 October at Konservatoriets Koncertsal. In a project the orchestra conducts together with the Conservatory, where selected students play alongside the orchestra musicians, Jensen conducts a programme of Rachmaninov’s Symphony No. 2 and Sibelius’s Violin Concerto, with Guy Braunstein.
