On 28 September, Angela Hewitt performs the last in her Bach Odyssey concerts at Wigmore Hall, performing the Art of Fugue as a straight-through recital. The series was envisioned as a project to perform the entire keyboard works of JS Bach in 12 recitals over four years. This concert also marks the return this month of live audiences to the hall, and will also be livestreamed for free on Wigmore Hall’s website.

Angela then travels to Canada for a series of concerts. She performs the Art of Fugue at Toronto Royal Conservatory of Music on 18 October, and for Ottawa Chamber Music Society on 24 October. Angela will also be recording Bach Concerto No 1 in D minor BWV 1052 with Victoria Symphony for later streaming.
