In a welcome return to live music making, Pekka Kuusisto and Klaus Mäkelä perform with the NDR Elbphilharmonie Orchestra in the main hall of the Elbphilharmonie without audience. The concert on 5 June at 20:00 CEST will be broadcast live on the radio on NDR Kultur and available as video on demand from 17 June at 20:05.

The programme, amended to accommodate local safe-distancing regulations, includes Mendelssohn’s Sinfonia No.10, Lindberg’s Violin Concerto No.1, and Schönberg’s Verklärte Nacht.
