In the first weeks of March, Barbara Hannigan returns to Stockholm and Munich with singers from her Equilibrium artist mentoring initiative to conduct Stravinsky’s Pulcinella with the Swedish Radio Symphony Orchestra and the Münchner Philharmoniker. The one-act ballet is charming, witty and simple, and features the Neopolitan commedia dell’arte character ​“Pulcinella” and his friends in their quest for love. The programme also includes Copland’s Music for the Theatre and Haydn’s Symphony No.90.

In Stockholm, The performances take place on 6 March (19:00) and 7 March (15:00) at Berwaldhallen. The Equilibrium singers featured in these concerts will be Marta Swiderska, James Way and Antoin Herrera-Lopez Kessel. 

In Munich, the performances will take place on 13 March (20:00), 14 March (19:00) and 15 March (11:00) at the Philharmonie am Gasteig. The Equilibrium singers featured in these concerts will be Fleur Barron, James Way and Douglas Williams.
