Internationally acclaimed bass Stephen Milling is crowned as Denmark’s P2 Artist of the Year and celebrated in Concert with the Danish National Symphony Orchestra & Choir performing excerpts from Wagner’s Parsifal and Tristan and Isolde, Mozart’s Die Zauberflöte, and Beethoven’s Fidelio under the baton of Petr Poperlka. Next up, Milling returns to Lyric Opera of Chicago to perform as both Hunding and Hagen in their new Ring Cycle, staged by Sir David Poutney and conducted by Sir Andrew Davis, the performances run throughout April.
