Eduardo Strausser opens the new production of Il Barbiere di Siviglia at the Staatstheater Hannover, the final of four productions there this season. The new production by Nicola Humpel will open on 18 January with performances continuing through Feb and March. 

Other highlights this season include dates with Bamberg and Oulu Symphonies and a US debut with Detroit Symphony Orchestra. Eduardo will return to the opera pit for Frank Martin’s chamber opera, Le vin herbe for Theater Basel.
