Hannu Lintu heads to Canada this month for his debut with Orchestre Symphonique de Montréal. He performs alongside another HarrisonParrott artist, German cellist Alban Gerhardt – ​‘one of the finest cellists around’ (Guardian) – in the Maison Symphonique de Montréal. 

On 20 – 21 November Lintu presents an Eastern European programme of Dvořák’s famous Cello Concerto, Lutosławski’s Symphony No.4 and Janáček’s Sinfonietta. Lintu’s acclaimed recording of Lutosławski’s Symphonies 1 and 4 have been lauded as ​‘an unbeatable introduction to Lutosławski’s world’ (BBC Music Magazine, February 2019).
