Dalia Stasevska makes her Canadian debut with National Arts Centre Orchestra (Ottawa) in two programmes on October 30 and 31 with Mussorgsky’s A Night on Bald Mountain, Tchaikovsky’s Violin Concerto in D with Timothy Chooi and Symphony No. 6. She then returns to United States for her debut with Detroit Symphony Orchestra on November 7, 8 and 9 conducting a programme of Tchaikovsky’s Piano Concerto No.1 with Simon Trpčeski, Sibelius’ Symphony No.1 and Julia Wolfe’s Fountain of Youth.
