Violinist, Patricia Kopatchinskaja returns to the US next week to give recitals with recital partner and pianist, Polina Leschenko. The duo performs selections from their album, Deux giving concerts in Princeton, Lafayette and Montreal.
Kopatchinskaja then joins the Los Angeles Philharmonic, and under the baton of Mirga Gražinytė-Tyla, gives her debut with the Orchestra playing Tchaikovsky’s violin concerto. Performances take place on 5 — 7 April. In addition, she also performs works by Cage, Young and Gubaidulina with pianist, Gloria Cheng as part of the Fluxus Festival at the Getty Museum on 6th April.
