Gautier Capuçon is this year’s Artist in Residence with the Valencia Symphony Orchestra. In December, he appears in recital with pianist Samuel Parent (Dec 18 2018) performing sonatas by Debussy (in D minor), Brahms (in E minor) and Rachmaninov (in G minor). In the spring, he returns to the Palau Valencia for a performance of Elgar’s Cello Concerto with Ramón Tebar (10 May 2019).

A passionate teacher, Capuçon will also run a series of masterclasses as part of his residency. These masterclasses complement his position as founder and teacher of the Classe d’Excellence at the Louis Vuitton Foundation, Paris.
