Truls Mørk returns to Leipzig Gewandhausorchester this week under the baton of Alan Gilbert. Amidst an all‑Dvořák programme, Mørk performs Dvořák’s Cello Concerto in a series of three concerts on 15, 16 and 17 November in the Gewandhaus.

After an exciting start to the 2018/19 season with a performance at the San Francisco Symphony Orchestra and a highly acclaimed performance of Esa-Pekka Salonen’s Cello Concerto at the Baltic Sea Festival conducted by Salonen himself, this coming spring will see Mørk tour the piece with Salonen and the Philharmonia with dates in London and the US.
