Lisa Batiashvili joins the Philadelphia Orchestra and Music Director Yannick Nézet-Séguin for performances of Tchaikovsky’s Violin Concerto across the US. The tour will begin and end in the orchestra’s hall, Verizon Hall (20, 21, 22 and 29 Sept), with additional concerts in Iowa City (25 Sept), Kansas City (26 Sept), and Ann Arbor (27 Sept).

Of her recent performance of Tchaikovsky’s Violin Concerto at the BBC Proms, The Times praised Batiashvili for her ​“dazzling aplomb” and ​“succulent hush.”
