Jess Gillam will give her Swiss debut opening the season for the Argovia Philharmonic later this month — she will explore Edward Gregson’s saxophone concerto, her first performances of the work, in three concerts in Aarau and Baden with conductor Douglas Bostock. The programme also features music by Peter Maxwell Davies, Hubert Parry and Granville Bantock.
