After a sensational debut with Orchestre symphonique de Montréal last year with Kent Nagano, Alexei Volodin returns to Montreal to feature at La Virée Classique. 

Volodin is joined by the musicians of the Orchestra for Dvořák​’s Piano Quintet on 31 August, and performs works by Medtner, Tchaikovsky and Balakirev in recital on1 September. That same evening, he will perform Tchaikovsky’s Piano Concerto No.1 under the baton of Kent Nagano.
