20-year old Saxophonist Jess Gillam makes her international debut with Gothenburg Symphony on 12 June. In a concert conducted by Chief Conductor Santtu-Matias Rouvali, she enters the international stage with Escapades for Alto Saxophone (from Catch Me If You Can) by John Williams and a world premiere of RANT, a new work for alto saxophone by John Harle.

Later this year she will perform at the Last Night of the BBC Proms and will celebrate more international debuts with performances in Germany and Switzerland.
