HarrisonParrott France signs Pierre Bleuse as their first conductor for worldwide general management
3/5/2018
Highly supported by top international musicians such as Bertrand Chamayou, Gautier Capuçon and Thierry Fischer – who invited him for his US debut in 2017, Pierre Bleuse is an outstanding talent with an expressive conducting technique, true leadership skills and wonderful musicianship.
Making his mark on the international stage, Bleuse has his debut with MDR-Sinfonieorchester Leipzig, Orchestre de Paris and Orchestre de la Suisse Romande at Victoria Hall this year. Already well established in France, he regularly conducts major orchestras such as Orchestre National du Capitole de Toulouse, Orchestre National Bordeaux Aquitaine and Orchestre d’Auvergne amongst others.
Pierre Bleuse has a very wide repertoire, including symphonic pieces, operas (he has a strong collaboration with Opéra de Lyon, where he returns in 2018/19 season), and contemporary music. Bleuse has a close relationship with Michael Jarrell who entrusted him to conduct his opera Cassandre at Grand Théâtre de Provence in January 2017, and invites Bleuse to conduct his anniversary-concert this October in Victoria Hall alongside Emmanuel Pahud.
