Pekka Kuusisto starts 2018 as guest artistic director with the Norwegian Chamber Orchestra. Pekka will appear with the Orchestra as both soloist and director three times over the year. On 9 January, in the first concert of his residency, Pekka performs Beethoven’s Violin Concerto, alongside Haydn’s Symphony No.45 and Nordheim’s ​‘Individualisierte Höhenmessung der Lagen’ from Partita für Paul. 

Kuusisto returns to Oslo in the spring and will conclude his residency with the Orchestra in December 2018.
