3/11/2017

Pablo Heras-Casado debuts at the Pierre Boulez Saal on 9 November with the Staatskapelle Berlin. Following on from his run of performances at the Staatsoper Berlin earlier this year with Mozart’s The Marriage of Figaro, Heras-Casado continues his ongoing relationship with the ensemble and conducts on this occasion a programme of works spanning the 18th-20th centuries. Highlights include Schönberg’s Chamber Symphony No.2, Stravinsky’s Concerto for Piano and Wind Instruments with Bulgarian pianist Plamena Mangova, and Haydn’s Symphony No.103.
