The Goldmund Quartet, praised by Gramophone Magazine for their ​“beautiful, elegant and transparent sound”, complete the season with their debut at Schleswig-Holstein Musik Festival performing Ravel’s String Quartet at Kiel’s castle on 5 August. 

The performance focuses on an interplay of text and music, and draws a poetic picture of Ravel’s life that begins to answer the question of who Maurice Ravel really was.
