Rachel Kelly sings Annio in Patrick Kinmonth’s production of La clemenza di Tito for Badisches Staatstheater Karlsruhe under Gianluca Capuano on 7 December.

On 19 and 21 August Rachel Kelly made her Glyndebourne Festival debut as Annio in Claus Guth’s new production of La clemenza di Tito under Robin Ticciati. Following this, Rachel joined the Early Opera Company and Christian Curnyn at the Kilkenny Festival for her first Sesto in Handel’s Giulio Cesare. 

Following her first performances as Donna Elvira in Don Giovanni with NI Opera at the beginning of this season, Rachel kicked off her 2017/18 season adding yet another Mozart lady to her repertoire as she joins Glyndebourne on Tour in the autumn as Dorabella in Così fan tutte.

On 24 June, Rachel Kelly reprised the role of Idamante in Mozart’s Idomeneo with the City of Birmingham Symphony Orchestra under Music Director Mirga Gražinytė-Tyla.
