Lukáš Vondráček begins a musical spring this week with a return to his home country. He performs Rachmaninov’s Piano Concerto No.4 at the Prague Spring Festival with Czech Philharmonic Orchestra under the baton of Kristjan Järvi (18 May).
One week later Lukáš attends Janáček May Festival in Ostrava performing a recital of works by Czech composers including Smetana, Novák and Janáček (29 May).
On 4 June Lukáš then travels to St. Petersburg to perform Brahms’ Piano Concerto No.2 with St Petersburg Symphony Orchestra and conductor Ayyub Guliyev as part of the 22nd International Musical Olympus Festival.
