Javier Perianes debuts with Orchestre symphonique de Montréal and the Philharmonia Orchestra
17/2/2017
This fortnight sees Javier Perianes make much-anticipated debuts with Orchestre symphonique de Montréal on 23 & 25 February under the baton of Vasily Petrenko and with the Philharmonia Orchestra on 2 March under Pablo Heras-Casado, playing Schumann’s Piano Concerto and Falla’s Nights in the Gardens of Spain respectively.
These concerts complete a month-long concerto tour which included engagements with Nashville Symphony Orchestra under Peter Oundjian and Orquesta Filarmónica de Universidad Nacional Autónoma de Mexico under Josep Pons.
In spring, Perianes embarks upon a month-long recital tour of North and South America to cities such as Washington, New York, Vancouver, San Francisco, Bogota, Santiago and Buenos Aires.
