Karita Mattila joins the London Symphony Orchestra under Sir Antonio Pappano for Act 1 of Die Walküre with Jonas Kaufmann at the Barbican on 8 February.

Later this month Ms Mattila joins WDR Sinfonieorchester Köln and Jukka-Pekka Saraste for Sibelius’ Luonnotar.
