Prize-winning tenor Pene Pati performs at the Festival Torroella de Montgrí
22/7/2016
Samoan tenor Pene Pati performs for the first time in Spain this week at the opening concert of the Festival Torroella de Montgrí. Together with mezzo-soprano, J’Nai Bridges, he presents a programme of French and Italian arias and duets on 30 July.
Presently an Adler Fellow at San Francisco Opera, Pene Pati continues to attract major attention after his competition successes at both Operalia and Neue Stimmen. Among several other productions in San Francisco, Pene Pati’s highlight comes next summer as he joins Nicola Luisotti in Verdi’s Rigoletto, marking his debut as Duca.
