The King’s Singers tours Asia

The King’s Singers embarks on an extensive three week concert tour of Asia which includes concerts in China, Taiwan and Japan.
The tour begins on 19 May with a performance at the National Centre for the Performing Arts in Beijing and is followed by a concert at Shanghai Concert Hall (21 May), Zhuhai Huafa & cpaa Grand Theatre in Zhuhai (22 May) and National Concert Hall in Taipei. In addition to the concerts, the group conduct outreach program for local choirs in Beijing and Zhuhai.
The King’s Singers then travel to Japan where they perform nine concerts across the country – marking their first extensive tour of Japan since 2010. The tour of Japan begins on 27 May with a concert at the City Hall in Toyooka. Further performances take place in Tokyo’s Kioi Hall (28 May), Toyota City Concert Hall (29 May), Muza Kawasaki Symphony Hall (30 May), Nagaragawa Convention Centre in Gifu (31 May), Aubade Hall in Toyama (2 June), Koganei Miyajigakki Hall in Tokyo (3 June), Itami Aiphonic Hall (4 June) and the tour ends in Fukushima Ongakudou (5 June).
