Edo de Waart returns to the Los Angeles Philharmonic for three concerts at the Walt Disney Concert Hall on 21, 23 and 24 April.

These concerts feature John Adams’ The Chairman Dances,Mendelssohn’s Symphony No.3 and Saint-Saëns’ Piano Concerto No.2 with fellow returning artist Behzod Abduraimov.

A keen advocate of John Adams, Creative Chair of the LA Philharmonic, Edo de Waart often programmes his music and in a recent radio interview, chose Adams’ Harmonielehre as one of his favourite works.
