Irish soprano Claudia Boyle makes her debut with the Royal Opera as Miss Cecily Cardew in Gerald Barry’s The Importance of being Earnest. Performances at London’s Barbican conducted by Tim Murray run from 29 March to 3 April before transferring to the Rose Theatre in New York 2 — 4 June.
Equally adept in contemporary and core repertoire, Claudia returns to Semperoper Dresden as Adina (L’elisir d’amore) this summer before making her role debut as Leïla (Les pêcheurs de perles) with English National Opera next season.
