On 27 November Susanna Mälkki makes her debut with the London Philharmonic Orchestra at the Royal Festival Hall. The programme features works by Liadov, Prokofiev and Sibelius and is broadcast live on BBC Radio 3.

Last week Mälkki made another European debut when she conducted Orquesta y Coro Nacionales de España with Leila Josefowicz in Adés’ Violin Concerto. She will return to London again in spring 2016 to conduct the London Sinfonietta.
