Truls Mørk returns to the Gewandhausorchester Leipzig this week to perform Dutilleux’ Tout un monde lointain in three concerts (22 – 24 April) conducted by Omer Meir Wellber.

Other highlights for Mørk this month have included a return to the Rostropovich Festival in Moscow for a performance of Shostakovich’s Cello Concerto No.1 with the Orchestre de Chambre de Lausanne under Andris Poga, and Prokofiev’s Sinfonia Concertante with the Danish National Symphony Orchestra conducted by David Zinman.
