Sydney Symphony begin major tour of Japan and South Korea

The Sydney Symphony embarks upon a major tour of Japan and South Korea with their Chief Conductor and Artistic Advisor, Vladimir Ashkenazy, joined by pianist Evgeny Kissin, violinist Sayaka Shoji and cellist Mischa Maisky.
Together, they give six concerts across Japan (including Tokyo’s Suntory Hall) and two in South Korea (including at Seoul Arts Center). Repertoire includes works by Beethoven, Brahms, Rachmaninov, Chopin and Grieg.
