On 3 March, Quartet Malamatina presents a new work by Marco Galvani entitled Infinite Wave. The premiere is performed in a lunchtime concert at Stevenson Hall in the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland, where Quartet Malamatina formed. The programme also features works by other contemporary composers such as Martyn Brabbins and Bryan Johanson.

Lauded for their ​“immensely colourful, lyrical and expressive playing” (Laura Snowden), Quartet Malamatina is an international guitar quartet comprised of Tim Beattie (Canada), Finlay Hay (Scotland), Ross Morris (England), and Lenny Ranallo (USA).

Infinite Wave was commissioned by the Quartet with support from Creative Scotland.
